Basic In-Shop Service:

Basic In-Shop Policy: $38 / hour
Unless we can solve the problem within 10 minutes or less, you will be charged a minimum of one hour for service. If more than an hour is needed, we will call you first to get your approval. Typical in-shop service includes virus/adware removal, reinstallation of Windows, hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, and more.

QUICK FIX: $15.00
Applies If we can fix your problem on the spot in 10 minutes or less.

COMPUTER TUNE-UP SERVICE: $53.00
Includes: Virus Scan, Remove Temp Files, Install Windows Updates & Service Packs, Update Anti-Virus Definitions, Scan For & Remove Unwanted Software,Check Hardware For Problems, Evalulate Upgrade

OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLATION: $76.00
Many times, the best way to recover lost performance, or repair a malfunctioning PC is to format the Hard Drive and re-install the Operating System. This service requires that you provide all of the original installation media and product registration information that came with your computer and/or software. Installation includes installation of drivers and Operating System Updates.

VIRUS SCAN / REMOVAL: $38.00
We will scan your computer for viruses using the latest Antivirus Technology and remove the virus upon your authorization.

PRIORITY BENCH SERVICE: $53.00
When our normal in-store service schedule does not fit your schedule, we offer priority service at the rate of $50 per hour. Priority service is by appointment only and ensures your repair will take precedence over all other work in the shop. Please call 315-866-4207 to schedule priority in-store service.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Telephone support requires a credit card and is $20 per hour billed in 1/4 hour increments of $5 each.

On-Site Services:

ON-SITE SERVICE: $60.00/first hour - $50 each additional hour
Standard on-site service is charged at the rate of $60 per hour with a one-hour minimum and $50 each additional hour. Work is performed as soon as a technician is available. Additional work on-site is charged in half-hour increments.

EMERGENCY SERVICE: $100.00/hour
Emergency on-site service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service guarantees response within two hours of your call. During normal business hours, we will send a technician to your site from his current location. Priority on-site service is charged at the rate of $100 per hour in one-hour increments only.
